Cigarette smoking prevalence by race and ethnicity among US adults, 2011-2020
Disparities in cigarette smoking prevalence among US adults by race and ethnicity have been persistent over the last decade.
Over time, current cigarette use has declined for all groups but remains higher for non-Hispanic Black adults and non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native adults than non-Hispanic White adults.
